Addressed diving catches above; no 15-yd penalty for offense - you’re down where
you lead with your crown just like a QB is down once they initiate their slide.
Had the player simply tried to run into the head zone there would have been no head contact. Once he drops his head I don’t think he remains a ‘defenseless’ player.
