Almost all modern drivers have adjustable hosels or club heads that let you adjust draw or fade bias and up to 2 degrees either way on the loft.

The driver loft depends on your swing speed and height.

Get a more lofted driver than you think - 10.5 degrees will help you get a bit

10.5 is pretty standard like mentioned above. But a lot depends on your swing and ball trajectory.
