As I said in another thread, the conversation was 100% correct. I am glad that there is an important narrative source telling Mitchell that to be a top 5 player in the league he has to keep getting better at things besides scoring the ball.
I thought they gave him a lot of respect. They all agreed he was an all-star and great scorer. They also agreed that he could possibly become a top player. They just were fair in noting that he wasn't there yet. If his offense remained at the same level and he was second all-defense he would be an MVP candidate and the Jazz would be real contenders. If he just keeps improving his scoring he is going to peak out at Damion Lillard (a very good player, but not super star).
