...but the biggest problem we've had with them in both games is they start the game really fast and we struggle to get going so they jump out to big leads early. First game they were up 23-2 at one point early in the first half (12:58 left) and in the 2nd game they jumped out to a 15-2 lead (16:50 left). In both cases we made numerous stupid unforced errors that aided the Zags in their fast start.

Those early leads held up for them as we played them fairly even the rest of the way. We need to stop playing hesitant and scared like we're the Portland Pilots to start the game and play like we're BYU with our returning guys like AB, Lee, Harding setting the tone. We're way better than we've shown them in both games. We've held them to 86 and 82 points and last game we got zilch from Matt Haarms, 2 pts from Harward and 4 pts from Harding.

In particular Harding played 17 mins and had 0 rebounds, 0 assists and 0 steals. That dude needs to seriously engage and play like a 3rd year player, show some leadership on the floor.

We can beat them but we need all the oxen on the team pulling together in unison right from the get-go. We can't expect 1 or 2 on the team to carry the weight.
