All 3 are great choices but I would look at Huntsville, AL as well.
Nashville is probably the top choice but it's growing quicker than it can keep up with. Traffic is always an issue.
Tampa is an awesome city and our family would love to be there. Beaches are great but traffic access is always hard.
San Antonio is another great city. Personally however not my first choice.
I would also look into Huntsville or Birmingham. Huntsville is a very high tech area with great access to other great cities like Nashville, Noog and ATL. So you get all the benefits without the hassel of that city.
Birmingham has been great for us. We've come to love the slow small city atmosphere of it. But don't get me wrong there is a lot of growth happening. It's still very affordable as a city.

I’m thinking of moving my family in the next year. I work remotely so it can be anywhere with a major airport.
