You could seriously skip season 1. Not exaggerating.
They did sort of a reboot for season 2 when they brought in Rob Lowe and Adam Scott and it got much better.
Season 1 is watchable, but very forgettable. Starting with season 2 it really gets its footing and gets much better. Plus Ron Swanson is one of the greatest characters in TV history. It's worth watching the show just for his wisdom.

How does no one have Scrubs in the top 3. It might be #1, although I don’t think it can knock Seinfeld out of that spot.
