It's just a form of exercise I love and want to do consistently. By the way, I stop keto for a couple days and gain 10 lbs almost immediately. It seems to really mess with how much water I retain, and as soon as I have carbs the water weight just poofs back on. Shortly after the water weight jumps up, the body fat also wants to start creeping up. I agree that Keto just isn't a sustainable diet, at least for me and the environment I live in.
