Not really, because the Jazz are better defensively. For reference, the Rockets' RPI during the Harden Heyday was
2020 - .531
2019 - .541
2018 - .573 (Best in the league)
2017 - .545
2018 was their best season and they really weren't that close to where the Jazz are at this point. Their game was also different. They relied heavily on Harden step-back threes and Harden/Paul getting to the line. The Jazz are built on ball movement and open looks. That's probably a little biased, but I am a fan after all.
