In Paraguay, most places I lived you could flush it no problem. But I’m one area, we lived behind some members in a

little casita. Had a huge plumbing issue and had to redo the whole bathroom. When we flushed the water would come out the bottom of the toilet. It was gross. They fixed it and a few days later it started doing it again. They had to come dig out and replace the line going to the main sewer. Then the plumber told us no more toilet paper in the toilet.
