Sure it is. Recruits don't simply fall to you like apples from a tree. If you really want to build a team to the degree that Few has — you really gotta scour over thousands of bios & get an idea of what guys you want & you think will be good fits — then you gotta get out there & actually land them.

Of course that's part of the job of coaching. A huge part.
