I worked on the IMC when it was being built. The heli pad has it and I decided
If I’m ever homeless I’m headed there. Every line for the entire pad funnels to south west corner. It’s got to be cozy.
My old neighbor just moved and put one in his new driveway (he’s a plumber). It was expensive enough that the builder didn’t require anything else from him during the build (whatever that means)
