We all want him to stay. But who's to say it's too early to be looking for his

next gig? You look when the opportunities arise, and you don't always control the timing of that.

And who's to say he even went looking? For all we know, Arizona reached out to him. A coach in his position should take that call 10 times out of 10, even if they are 100% happy and not looking to leave in the short term.
