I'm excited that I was able to convince the parents of my first grader's soccer team to not do snacks after each game. BYU researchers found most kids consumed more calories at soccer than they actually burn, and then the kids grow up thinking they need a treat every time they stretch a muscle. What are we doing to these kids?
