Umm, because an iPhone provides utility to the owner, apple makes products that provide utility too
What utility does crypto provide other than the hope that someone else will want to buy it in the future for more?
The only crypto that provides any type of utility that I’m aware of is ethereum with their smart contracts which had a really rough start, not sure what’s going on there right now.
Crypto is a modern day tulip investment craze. Just a reminder, ppl made fortunes trading tulip bulbs in the 1630s too. It’s all based on the greater fool investment strategy, it doesn’t matter what you buy so long as you can find a fool dumber than you to buy it for more, until you can’t.
