I'm not convinced Rodgers would've been good in San Fran. They were inept at the time cycling through multiple OC's.

Rodgers had a chance to sit & learn in Green Bay from some very smart people. Rodgers' throwing mechanics were also changed in Green Bay. I doubt that happens in San Fran either.
