Who are you pointing the finger at? Do you realize that LA County (among other urban areas in PAC country) shut down universities? They had much more extensive outbreaks than Provo. Universities in LA County were not allowed to have in-person instruction or students living on campus for the entire year. That was a county decision not a university or conference decision. My daughter has been living at home all year rather than attending her LA county college (not PAC 12). But hey, "woke warriors" sounds pretty cool.
