Did he really improve his draft stock though?
I guess I just don't see a major win there.
If he was a projected late Day 3 pick last year, that's where he is now. So he didn't really raise his stock this year.
If he was projected lower than late Day 3 last year (i.e. undrafted), then he improved his stock since he's likely to be drafted now. But it's not that crazy to say that someone who probably wouldn't have been drafted should have come back.
