Likelihood of Europe opening up by the end of the year
I'm seeing some killer airfare deals right now from SLC-London and a few other cities in Europe.

I'd like to do a trip that might include Germany (for Christmas markets) or even an airport stopover in Canada maybe from Thanksgiving through the next week or so.

What do you think the likelihood is of being able to travel there by then if you've either a- had both covid shots (I have) or b- had a negative test before arrival.

France is opening up to US citizens with the above criteria soon.
