So what if neighbor wants a fence and I don’t? I told them I wasn’t ready and

Not sure I even wanted one. I hadn’t even finished framing my house and he was asking. I haven’t had a fence at any of my previous living places and actually preferred it. He said that is fine and if I ever decide to put one in then I am fine with back paying but to think it is someone’s obligation doesn’t make any sense.
