I have an HR person who keep coming up with ideas like this

I keep killing them, not responding, saying no way. She isn't getting the clue.

Give money? Sure. Support charity? Absolutely. Force all of my employees to spend their time being frivolously crafty? Yeah, no.

If we want to build teams, we're going fishing.
