16% DFW area, home we sold in Kaysville 6 years ago, 22%. Over 100K what a joke!
In 6 years our house we sold in Kaysville has gone up:62% what a freaking joke. Worth $650 according to Zillow and there is no way I would ever pay that for my old house. So many problems and issues that is just crazy!!
