We just had a house that is 4 down from ours, sell for almost double what they paid for it...
And they got 3k less than what the Zillow estimated price was. They said that they got 27 offers in 3 days of it being on the market. They paid around $210,000 for their house 5 years ago, they sold it for $405,000.
