I've found one method of chiro that I have learned to trust. It uses the Atlas-Orthogonal method. Only a small % of
chiropractors use it.
I went to several chiropractors over the years due to significant neck issues I've had since I was a teenager. I was never comfortable with the twisting and popping they do. All of the chiros didn't do anything for me until I found one that was referred by multiple people that I know. I checked it out and found that they use the Atlas-Orthogonal technique. It has made a huge difference for both my wife (huge chiropractor skeptic) and myself. My wife used to have severe sciatica nerve issues. But that has been resolved for her now.
