I have had some good experiences with chiropractors. There are some really competent and good practitioners out there. sometimes it is the adjustment that helps. sometimes it is the practical medical and health advice and implementing that.
Recently, the chiropractor I went to talked with me for 15 to 20 minutes about my issue and in addition to the adjustments, had a couple other people working on a couple things during that visit. One visit and the problem was fixed. I paid cash, very good prices that are all published at the front desk (more the $35 though), and I will definitely go back as needed. Talked with my brother who is a Doctor and he told me what they were doing during that visit and why it was working. pretty satisfied with the overall visit and results.
