I plan to rest it for plenty of time. What say ye? 140? 145? 150?

Lower. Nothing worse than over Done pork loin. 135-139

Pork loin same for done temp as tenderloin? The cuts are different ya?

Tenderloin at 135-140. I wouldn’t go above that

Smoke setting for an hour then crank to 275
