A while ago they talked about OU and TX to SEC on Bama radio. They said TX A&M
Had a clause to keep TX out. It wasn't as much little brother but that they felt it was better for everyone if the brands were kept separate. Having both in SEC dilutes TX and actually hurts more than helps. It does make sense in some aspect. Also I don't think SEC wants to deal with TX drama. All things considered Bama is low drama for as powerful as they are. All the teams in SEC play nice. You add TX they'll come in guns blazing and I don't think the SEC folks will tolerate it.
They thought TX to BIG10 was more likely.
However SEC I think really wants OU. the question is what comes it them? No one wants OKSt.

I could definitely see BYU being asked to join a gutted Big XII. I don't know if BYU should do that if OU and Texas bail
