For some reason a doctor we frequented as a family was working a 24 hour shift in the ER...which as an adult who has worked at hospitals now seems strange as family practice doctors don't typically do that. He knew us well and knew how rambunctious we were and nothing apparently came up that seemed unrealistic based on the explanation/situation as presented.
