Being an agreeable person is not a good thing or a bad thing; it is just a thing. It is beneficial in certain situations and disadvantageous in other situations ...
... And before somebody makes the claim that women being disproportionately more agreeable is a result of our society's patriarchal history, that is almost definitely not true.
Women being disproportionately more agreeable--and thus feeling like they always have to justify why they deserve a seat at the table--is a result of millions and millions of years of evolutionary history.
