Disagree. Doesn't hurt that many that serve missions and have experience

With other cultures.

But because I serve a mission in S America doesn't give me experience with the complexities of economic and cultural issues back at home. I return with more experience and a greater love for God's children, but it doesn't erase all my ignorance about life and cultural complexities.
