I think it still might be a travel..I can’t tell when he picks up the ball

But if his dribble is still active, how do you call it?

By active I mean that he hasn’t gathered…he took a bunch of quick steps there, but if his hand is still on top of the ball and the ball is moving, he can still dribble..and if he can still dribble, none of those steps count.

But..I’m just watching the video on a phone..I can’t tell when he’s gathered. It does look bad

The travel should be from when you last dribble the ball. If you don't "gather"
