I don't see the Utah County, South Salt Lake County markets cooling anytime ...
soon. There are too many good jobs, too many young kids wanting to stay here. It may slow down but I don't see a correction anytime soon. If there was going to be a correction it should have happened last year during the pandemic but it didn't.

They local govts need to invest in better infrastructure ie bigger roads to take traffic out past Eagle Mountain. There is tons of land out there but there is a bottle neck bc there is one road and it is not an interstate its not even a two lane highway.

Right now it takes 30 minutes from Cedar Fort to Thanksgiving Point/Traverse Mountain. If there was an interstate artery going west at Lehi, that drive would be cut in half.
