Only places like Highland and Alpine have cooled down. The rest of the county

is still going crazy. Two of my neighbors in Orem just sold their houses in 3 days each for more than double what they paid for them just a few years ago.

Then again it feels like the people in Alpine and Highland weren't really looking to move. They were just seeing a couple of neighbors get ridiculous prices so they all started jumping on board and overloaded the inventory.
