I've endorsed Indy because it made sense at the time. With the 12-team playoff
...the AAC is the only viable option that makes sense again. The league is competitve and consitently has 2-3 teams in the rankings. It will get a playoff berth about 60-70% of the time amongst G5 leagues. With BYU added that probably jumps to 80% probability.
BYU would be completitive in that league year in and year out. That means BYU would be competing for a Playoff berth nearly every year. Can't say BYU has ever had that kind of access in the past.
As an Indy BYU would not get a sniff. We'd have to beat 5-6 P5 teams to get a shot and we have never beat 5 P5 teams in a season ever before. The only time we've even been ranked in the top 15 over the last decade is when we didn't have to play any P5 schools.

What possible value does SDSU add? Even Boise is questionable. None of the contortions people pull to make this bad
