After I watched first hand the corruption of that department during the
Great cell phone toss of 2009 This doesn’t surprise me at all.
What did they do in 2009?
They restrained the young man while he was punched by Whittingham’s wife.
They collected photos from a photographer who documented the whole event and those photos have never been seen. They would’ve exonerated BYU and the kid.
They sat silent while an injustice was done. At this point it seems like department policy

At the very least they should be kicked out of the PAC12. Can't have a member bringing shame like that to the conference
