CougarTailDevourer The Dude Abides
I get so dehydrated if I MTB without water. I take a boatload of water, I have a 3
liter Camelbak, and on a 25-mile ride would chug that whole thing. I also get muscle cramps if I bike in the heat, so I'll take some hardcore electrolytes like a small bottle of pickle juice or salt packets, which if I feel a muscle cramp coming on, will dispel of it pretty quickly.
