I am about a year out of finishing residency in the DFW area and like it here quite a bit. There is a local physician owned practice that I am really interested in joining. I spoke with them and totally could see myself joining them. However, we have a lot of family and friends in the Wasatch Front. Sometimes I think having a little distance is nice, other times I feel like it would be a blessing to be closer to home. I have always kind of heard that Primary Care is saturated in Utah/Salt Lake County. I do wonder that with the influx of people if perhaps there is more demand.
