I did my residency at an IHC facility in Utah in Family Medicine. IHC completely changing their model 4-5 years ago and recruiting a lot more PAs and NPs has made the market in Utah really sparse. I've had several of my residency colleagues struggle to find jobs in Utah in the last few years.
