Nat Gas Man Intervention Needed

I had a trade skill before my degree and it led to my first job. It required

Both. Then it paid for grad school and gave me some general training that led to my next career. That one required a degree but not the Masters. However the next few jobs all required Master’s degrees

Then I started my own small compan and it wouldn’t require any kind of degree, except the computer and people skills that only come from formal education and experience
