They have 5 "conference games" every year now that they did not have in 2010. If BYU wanted to enforce the
contract they would just get paid. Obviously BYU does not want this or it would have been canceled and paid out by now.
BYU/ND in Vegas could be a win/win in that there would be an enormous BYU crowd and both teams could make a ton of money for the trip.
Business/relationships are important.
