Why would ND care about having a whipping boy?
Just like us, ND does what is in their best interest. If we/BYU believe Vegas is not a good option ask for the buyout.
People are way overthinking this and looking to be offended. Let’s be honest with ourselves…BYU is not at NDs level. BYU can enforce the contract, which means the game gets bought out. ND is not breaking a contract, unless they refused to pay the buyout fee.
People who don’t get this are not likely in business nor understand buyout clauses.
