So what are the wise choices in hiring a driver. Don't feel like getting

Swindled. I'm assuming it's cheaper or at least as cost effective as renting a car. Also do you hire them like a cabbie for your a to b destination, or for the duration of your trip so they take you everywhere you go and wait for you while you do your things? How does this work in practicality
