So what did you want your lawyer to do and how do you think he's at fault

Seems like you wanted to close on the property. So you moved forward w/o the roof being completed.There were delays. Notwithstanding the risks of closing w/o the work being completed, you moved forward. Seems to me the anger/ frustration is misplaced.
