My argument is…he can’t post those signs as the easement is access to my property.

Is the easement recorded? And what is the state of the road - paved, dirt?

Yes. It’s recorded at the county. It’s a gravel/dirt road.

He should be able to post signs, etc., but he shouldn't block your access with a gate unless it can be easily opened.
