What part of boise and how nice
If looking for pricier nice options(excluding chains like Ruth’s Chris)
Then the best options are
Fork
Barbacoa
Chandlers
For cheaper items with some local flavor
You could do Boise fry co. It’s decent not great but it’s worth the trip once so you can see all the different fry/dipping sauce combos.
Lots of other options depending on type of food and location.
