For Italian, I like Gino's on Ten Mile in Meridian. It might be more than $20 a
plate though. Been a while since I ate there.
For Basque, you can try Epi's in Meridian. They're usually full, but very good.
For Mexican, I'd suggest Enrique's in Kuna.
There's a Longhorn Stakehouse near the Towne Square Mall in Boise that's pretty good.
Of course you've got all the chain options in and around Nampa. Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, etc.
