One I'd like: for penalties in the box where the person was not in a
threating position to score, move the penalty kick farther back.
There is a huge difference between a guy on a breakaway being tripped up and someone dribbling out of the box and getting tapped.....but both result in the same penalty kick, which is almost a guaranteed goal.
For egregious flops when untouched in the box, the other team should get a penalty kick.
