I don't understand the problems tgat are addressed by these "solutions"
1. Timing - Yeah it's a bit odd to have the timing situation soccer does, but is it bad? I don't see the benefit of 30 minute halves.
2. Subs - No. I hate extreme pressing. Unlimited subs means a team can press hard without limitation.
3. Throw ins. Why? I don't get the problem. Dribble in? That's a radical change.
4. Sin bin - bad idea. Gives a subjective call too much power.
