Terrible. I'm all for improving the game, but none of these are improvements.
They basically make it into completely different game than soccer as we know it.
The only one remotely interesting is the sin bin idea, but whether a foul is a yellow card is even more arbitrary than whether a tackle is a foul. And if they did do a sin bin, they should eliminate yellow card accumulation.
