But if we were to wise up, join the AAC and get in? Even if it's the 12 seed? Imagining the 2019 (because 2020 was admittedly weird with PAC out and CCU in, which is exciting but not normal) CFP rankings with BYU in as the G5 rep gives something like this

How fun would that be?  Is BYU going to win that whole thing.  Almost certainly not.  Are they going to possibly beat Georgia?  Sure.  Could they even make a run and knock two teams off.  Not likely, but possible.  Plus the fun of having Utah in and the smack talk about both teams trying to get further.  It would be a blast even if BYU isn't going to ultimately beat LSU or Ohio St.
