Been wondering, do cabinets have to be removed to replace tile floors in a
Kitchen? Seems like they would but maybe there is some way of doing it?

I’d say $3+ per square foot just for install labor. So depends on tile.

Laminate is easy to do yourself. You could probably do it for $5-8k including

Depends on if you want the cabinets on top of the tile or not. Ours are not.

I didn't remove the cabinets, made sure the tile was up to the under part of the toe guard & sealed off with the grout.
